Emma Currie
Emma (Currie) Welsh
Founder, Acting Up
Acting Up's engaging sessions are simply therapeutic conversations about culture where the workforce identify positive behaviour changes to impact their Health & Safety, Wellbeing, Leadership and general Culture. We get people to talk and to hear each other.

We work largely with operatives in heavy industry but the process is simple and applies in any sector at any level from frontline to senior management. Founder Emma Currie also speaks at conferences and runs masterclasses on how to generate engagement within the workforce. She has written a book about this simple process called The Philosophy of the Red Shoes.
